Due to such high demand, PEAKS COFFEE goes through its roasted coffee inventory every week, so their unique roasted coffee variety never has a chance to go stale, thereby you can be assured of their freshness! PEAKS COFFEE packages the beans in high barrier foil bags with a one way degassing valve. All of this invigorating coffee is locally supplied, so whatever we ship to you is ALWAYS fresh!
Vision statement from Peaks Coffee: "From the very beginning, we have only ever used the very best coffee. All of our coffees are 100% Arabica beans and are sourced from what is considered 'specialty grade' beans, which is the top 10% of coffee in the world. We purchase Organic Certified coffees, Fair Trade coffees, Utz Certified coffees, and Biodynamic coffees". As you can see from their visionary focus on organic certification, you know that the farmers are being compensated fairly and in turn; they are helping their environment and the planet!
Peaks Coffee uses a traditional style drum roaster, which produces an even and consistent roast. In the meantime, enjoy the artistic designs on their packaging. A local artist, located here on Vancouver Island, does the artwork!
