Kiwi fruits are known for being rich in Vitamin A, C and E as well as antioxidants, fiber, flavonoids and minerals. The vitamin C content found in kiwi is the highest density found in any known fruit. Potassium and beta-carotene are also found in good amounts in Kiwi. Kiwi contains folic acid, copper, pantothenic acid, calcium, magnesium, iron, phosphorus, Vitamin B6 and other vitamins and minerals.

Kiwi supports, promotes and maintains a healthy immune system, giving yourself an energy boost and protects from free radicals. Furthermore, kiwi kiwifruit may be classified as an excellent source of vitamin C as well as dietary fiber. By the FDA's definition, kiwifruit would also be a good source of vitamin E and potassium.
